ANTIOXIDANTS

For many years, Eliokem has been a leader producer of phenolic antioxidants marketed under the Wingstay® trade name.

Wingstay antioxidants are used in a wide diversity of rubber and plastic products that require a specific protection from their environment.
COATING RESINS

The Coating Resins business unit manages four product lines : Pliolite®, Pliotec® ,Plioway® and Hydro Pliolite® resins.

The global resins business unit is structured to supply the coatings industry with complete service, from initial product conception to final paint product launch and beyond.
ELASTOMERIC MODIFIERS

The Elastomeric Modifiers business unit manages two product lines : Chemigum® elastomer and Sunigum® elastomer.

Since the 1970's, innovative grades of these elastomers have been regularly developed in the R&D centers in Europe and USA to cater to the evolving needs of our customers and their customers.
RUBBER LATEX

The latex business unit manages four product lines: Pliocord® VP latex, Pliocord® SB latex, Chemigum® latex and Pliolite® SB Latex.

These latices have been designed each in their respective domain of application to satisfy the ever evolving industry needs.
RUBBER & POLYBLENDS

Chemigum® N NBR Bale Rubber is the most cost-effective oil-resistant synthetic rubber used in a myriad of automotive and industrial applications. A wide range of grades is available to combine the best of oil & fuel resistance, mechanical properties and performance at low temperatures with processing needs.
Chemigum® NVC Polyblends (NBR/PVC) are used where in addition to oil & fuel resistance superior weatherability, in particular resistance to ozone, is required. Grades differ in the type and content of the NBR rubber to adapt to specific combinations of performance, service environment and processing.
RUBBER REINFORCING RESINS

Pliolite® S6 high styrene resins are emulsion polymerized styrene butadiene copolymers used for rubber reinforcement (SBR, EVA, NR, CR, BR, EPDM, etc.). Owing to its structure, it gives high hardness and modulus with good flex and cut resistance at low specific gravity.
Pliolite® HSR styrene-rubber masterbatch resins are also used for reinforcement of natural & synthetic rubbers. Grades vary in styrene content to enable customize reinforcement depending on the nature of the host rubber.
RHEOLOGICAL POLYMERS

Eliokem now offers a range of rheological resins for use in organic media varying from strong aromatic solvents to weak paraffin fluids.

Developed initially for the coatings industry under the tradenames Pliolite® and Plioway® these resins are finding other uses where it is necessary to modify the rheology of hydrocarbon fluids. The rheology can be designed to give thixotropy or pseudo plasticity or strong gel structures capable of supporting heavy particles.
TONER RESINS

As the leading supplier of styrene - butadiene resins to the toner industry, Eliokem invests in innovative technologies - processes, emulsifiers, and functional monomers for the development of tailored Pliotone® resins for specific machines. Our toner resin product development capability and state-of-the-art analytical testing, combined with these innovative technologies allow us to meet the continuously evolving demands of an industry seeking ever higher performance.
