The global toner business unit is structured to supply the toner industry with a full service, from initial resin development to finished toner evaluation.

Eliokem as an independent specialty resin supplier has been manufacturing emulsion polymers for over 50 years and supplying the toner industry for over 25 years. Our position in the toner industry focuses on high performance styrene - butadiene resins and specialty emulsion styrene - acrylate resins.

Eliokem's expertise meets the demands for top performance in the toner industry and is the natural choice for the development of specialty toner resins.

Pliotone resins are used in a wide array of xerographic devices from personal copiers to high-speed laser printers, color copiers and the latest technology digital multifunction machines.

Eliokem resins are used in traditional black toners and MICR toners.



Primary resins: major component of resin system, suitable for application from high speed digital printers to low speed copiers.
Modifying resins: can help improve pigment dispersion and improve high temperature properties such as hot offset resistance, fuser wrap, and fuser roll build-up.
