Eliokem offers a range of
rheological resins for use in
organic media
varying from strong aromatic
solvents to weak paraffin fluids.
Developed initially for the
coatings industry under the
tradenames Pliolite® and Plioway® these
resins are finding other uses
where it is necessary to modify
the rheology of hydrocarbon
fluids. The rheology can be
designed to give thixotropy
or pseudo plasticity or strong
gel structures capable of supporting
heavy particles.
