The Dharamsinh Desai R&D Centre, named in the honor of the family founder of the Apar Industries, is dedicated to the Rubber Industry to research and develop emulsion polymerized polymers as well as optimize rubber compounds in cooperation with customers. The facility provides required support to the manufacturing operations on-site, including scale-ups at small and big pilot volumes supported by monomer stripping columns.

The Centre is approved by the Department of Science & Technology, Government. of India, It features modern testing and aging equipment for analytical, physical, rheological, chemical and QA parameters. The laboratories within the Centre are staffed with dedicated scientists, technologists and qualified technicians.
