CONVEYOR BELTS

Pliocord® VP latices are particularly suited to the treatment of the different type of reinforcement fabrics (plain, cord, solid woven, etc.) either based on polyester, polyamide and recently aramid. In this segment where the fabric and the rubber are submitted to high strength and tension constraints, Pliocord® VP latices will ensure the adequate adhesion between the different components.

HOSES

Pliocord® VP latices can be used for the treatment of the different type of reinforcing materials such as Rayon, PET, Polyamide, Aramid which will be choosen according to specified final mechanical properties (tenacity, shrinkage, compression resistance, etc.) and to the reinforcement construction (braiding, knitting, wrapping, folded, etc.)

V BELTS

Pliocord® VP latices are recommended for the treatment of reinforcing fabrics used in for the construction of different types of belts (wrapped, open edge, gogged, etc.). These reinforcing fabrics are mainly based on polyester which would require specific pretreatment (isocyanate based) with which Pliocord® VP latices are fully compatible.
