CONCRETE FLOOR PAINTS

Pliolite® and Pliotec® based systems exhibit excellent adhesion and outstanding alkali resistance, providing a long lasting coating for protection and decoration of concrete floor coatings e.g. garage, driveways, porches... Pliotec® resins allow formulation of one-pack high performance waterborne paints combining water and chemical resistance, with abrasion and hot tire pick-up resistance. Pliolite® and Pliotec® resins allow to formulate paints in compliance with the most demanding VOC legislation.

CONCRETE FLOOR CURE & SEALS

The excellent adhesion and the resistance to efflorescence and alkali of Pliolite®, Hydro Pliolite® and Pliotec® resins enable the formulation of concrete curing membranes and sealers meeting the ASTM C1315 and C309 specifications. Concrete curing membranes based on Pliolite®, Hydro Pliolite® and Pliotec® resins allow the concrete to fully cure and develop its optimum compression and modulus properties. It also improves adhesion of floor paints. Pliolite®, Hydro Pliolite® and Pliotec® based systems provide a long lasting coating for both protection and decoration of concrete.

CONCRETE PORCH AND FLOOR

Porch and floor coatings made with Pliotec resins have excellent UV resistance, good non-blocking characteristics, forms a film at room temperature, has a low coalescent requirement, and can be formulated to less than 50 g/l VOC.
