DIRECT TO METAL (antirust)

Pliolite® AC80 / AC4, styrene acrylic based top coats, and Pliolite® S5, styrene butadiene based primers have been widely used in anticorrosion for more than 20 years. Pliolite® resins have also been used for many years for 'Acrylated Rubber' coatings. Pliotec® LS1 is ideally suited for formulation of waterborne DIY anti-rust primers, that combine excellent application and adhesion to hand prepared rusty surfaces, with the benefits of low VOC and water clean-up.

GALVANIZED STEEL

Pliolite® galvanised steel anticorrosion paints are widely used in "Duplex" systems, for cladding panels and electrical transmission towers.

HEAVY DUTY, CONTAINERS, MARINE

Pliolite® AC80 / AC4, styrene acrylic based top coats, and Pliolite® S5, styrene butadiene based primers have been widely used in anticorrosion for more than 20 years. Pliotec® based anticorosion coatings combine the high level of performances traditionally associated with solventborne technology with the ease of application of waterborne coatings.

PRIMERS

Anticorrosion primers based on Pliolite® or Pliotec® resins are one-pack, easy to apply coatings providing an excellent adhesion and a good resistance to water, chemicals and corrosion.
